About the role
In this role you will be a part of Axel Johnson International’s business area Lifting Solutions Group – a global player within lifting equipment, steel wires and services. Today the group have progressed in the digital journey with a central platform in place to meet the market and customers online. You will belong to the central digital team and work in close cooperation with our E-com Manager, PIM Manager as well our marketing people out in the local companies.
Growing and developing our customer facing channels is one of our important strategic goals. Development of the overall strategy, platforms and functionality are done centrally in the business area, whereas implementation of new functionality and attraction of visitors is left to the local companies.
We want to strengthen our central digital team – and that´s where you come in as an experienced expert within customer facing solutions. Your main tasks and responsibilities are to further develop digitalization in Marketing & Sales together with the central digital team by:
• Product ownership of our current customer facing platform PimCore (CMS, PIM, E-com)
• Translate the need from our companies and customers to functions
• Lead development and act as the translator between user and our dedicated external development team
• Support to our users in local companies
• Being part of developing and implementing digital strategies for Lifting Solutions Group and its companies
• Drive additional digital projects aimed at customer facing solutions and continuous support.
• Collaborate with colleagues in both central positions in the head office as well as in the local companies and a dedicated member of our global marketing team.
In this position you can either work in Sweden; Stockholm, Göteborg, Malmö or Sälen, or optionally from any of our other offices in Europe. The role includes some traveling across Europe.
Who are you?
For this position we are looking for you who have experience of marketing focused systems like CMS, PIM etc., good system understanding and is not afraid to go down in the details to provide hands-on support to the business.
In this role you need to be solution and improvement driven and not afraid to question and re-think existing solutions. You are used to managing projects and working in a goal-oriented manner with the business needs in focus. Fluent in English is a must as you will be working in an international environment.
