Experienced Accounting Manager to Certex Norway

Our four employees in the accounting department at Follestad Business Park in Røyken are in need of a new leader due to the retirement of the current CFO. In this regard, we are now looking for a Accounting Manager.

The main responsibilities will include overall accountability ensuring that the company’s accounts are conducted in accordance with laws and regulations, including:

• Personnel management for the accounting department
• Monthly follow-up and reporting to own management and group
• Responsibility for payroll function
• Coordination of the company’s budgets and forecasts
• Reporting to public authorities
• VAT handling and reporting
• Developing and improving routines and processes
• Liaising with auditors

We are seeking a person with the following qualifications:
• Relevant education in accounting or finance
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and preferably familiarity with Microsoft Business Central

• High work capacity, especially during reporting periods
• Strong collaboration skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Norwegian and English
• Attention to detail and organized
