Sales & Customer Service Agent

RoRo International is one of the world’s leading providers of cargo securing equipment for Ro-Ro ships and the maritime industry. With production facilities in Sweden, Europe, and Asia, along with efficient and reliable processes and dedicated customer service, we ensure fast and flexible deliveries. RoRo International has 20 employees, of which 7 work in sales and customer service. RoRo International is a subsidiary of Axel Johnson International within business group Transport Solutions.

Role Description
We are looking for someone who wants to take an active role in our administration with a focus on sales and customer service, where you will handle orders, quotes, sales, purchasing, invoicing, and transportation booking, among other tasks.

In this role, you will have extensive contact with customers and suppliers in both Swedish and English. Additionally, you will closely collaborate with colleagues on planning, follow-up, sales, and purchasing.
The role requires flexible and efficient administration management, and therefore, we expect you to have a good general knowledge of IT and experience working with business systems.

About You
You are an organised, motivated, positive, curious, and cooperative individual with a strong work ethic and social skills. You have the ability to express yourself both verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English. You are willing to work in a dynamic workplace with various tasks and excel in building and nurturing valuable relationships.
Previous experience in logistics, cargo handling, and administration is a plus.
