Accounting Manager

We are now looking fo an Accounting Manager, responsible for the accounting and reporting of our two parent companies within the group.

You will work in an international environment in a role where you will have overall responsibility for accounting and work closely with the rest of the Group Finance team. The goal is to develop the function in a growing business and in a dynamic environment. You will have personnel responsibility for an Accountant and report to Head of Group Control.

We are looking for someone with an academic degree and at least 10 years of experience in qualified accounting and all its aspects. To be successful in this role, we see that you have experience with K3, possess good system skills, and  Excel skills.

We think that you are driven to work on continuous improvements of routines and the development of processes, as the organisation continues to grow and needs to adapt processes to increased volumes and complexity, with a focus on automation and quality.

Main responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for all accounting related to two companies, including accounting principles and K3
Personnel responsibility for an Accounting Economist
Calculation and invoicing of management fees to approximately 100 directly owned subsidiaries
Reconciliation, reporting, and documentation of financial statements
Reporting of two companies to group reporting in Cognos
Year-end closing
Declaration of employer contributions and VAT
Corporate tax and income declaration
Parent company’s part in the group’s annual report, as well as the annual report for one company
Forecast and budget reporting for the two parent companies
Development of processes and routines for the accounting function
Responsibility for outsourced payroll administration
System responsibility for related systems
Reporting statistics to SCB

Other administration, national cards, expense reporting, car leasing

You work purposefully with a focus on structure and quality, with the ability to prioritize among your tasks in a growing and changing work environment. You are a positive and communicative person who enjoys having multiple points of contact within the organisation and across different functions.
