Jens S. Group acquires Drivsystem 05 AB
Jens S. Group, part of Axel Johnson International’s business group Power Transmission Solutions, strengthens its service offering by the acquisition of Drivsystem 05 AB, a Swedish provider of repair and maintenance services of gearboxes, couplings and motors.
“We see great potential in the growing gear service and maintenance market. Drivsystem 05 AB was founded in 2006 and is located in Norrköping, Sweden. The company delivers repair and maintenance services of gearboxes, couplings and motors, and provides predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, inspection and control. Customers are found in a wide range of industries, such as Pulp & Paper, Mining, Manufacturing, Energy, and Construction.
