Jernbro Industrial Services acquires GISAB (Gällivare Industriservice AB)
Jernbro Industrial Services, a Swedish industrial maintenance group, has acquired Axel Johnson International-owned company GISAB (Gällivare Industriservice AB) effective as of 28 December 2021. Access will take place in February and is subject to approval from the Swedish Competition Authority.
