Lifting Solutions business group expands rental offering in the UK
Axel Johnson International’s business group Lifting Solutions strengthens its presence in the British rental market through the acquisition of Lifting Gear UK, a complete lifting solutions provider with focus on equipment hire.

Lifting Gear UK was founded in 2007 and has 12 strategically located depots across England and Scotland, from Glasgow in the north to Bridgwater in the south. Lifting Gear UK is a complete lifting solutions provider with focus on equipment hire, but their offering also includes product sales and services such as heavy lifting projects and bespoke design and fabrication. Their success and strong growth can be attributed to their solid product know-how and outstanding customer service that have supported them in building a loyal customer base.
