Sverull acquire assets in Mariannelunds Maskin och Rep. Verkstad

Sverull ElektroDynamo AB, part of business group Power Transmission Solutions, strengthens its service operations in Småland, Sweden by completing an asset deal with Mariannelunds Maskin och Rep. Verkstad. The transaction was completed April 3.

Mariannelunds Maskin och Rep. Verkstad was founded in 1998 by Mikael Wiktorsson and is a one-person business with a well-established customer base in Småland, in the southern parts of Sweden. The workshop is equipped with several crucial machines including a lathe and milling machine as well as other important tools. Mikael will remain in the organisation but from now on as a Sverull-employee.

We have established strong relationships in this area and serve numerous important customers, particularly the sawmill industry.
