As a Management Trainee at Axel Johnson International you will get the opportunity to spend twelve months working closely with members of our management team in a dynamic, transformative, and entrepreneurial organisation with short decision paths.
During the programme, you will participate in, or lead, cross-functional business development projects in areas such as digitalisation, strategy, M&A and sustainability. You will get to explore our corporate culture, build a valuable network within the group and the opportunity to become a part of one of Sweden’s largest and most influential corporate groups, as we are part of the Axel Johnson Group. In addition, you will participate in our internal Talent Acceleration Program (TAP) together with other young colleagues from our subsidiaries. TAP includes learning modules on topics such as leadership, project management, negotiation and presentation skills, sustainability, and financial analyses. After the trainee year, we expect you to transition into a permanent position at one of our business groups or central functions.
We look for upcoming or recent (<2 year) graduates with a Master’s degree in engineering or business/economics, with a strong interest in industry and technology. To fit in to our organisation you need to have a curious mindset, like to make things happen and have a strong drive and interest in developing businesses
